Offer professional and corporate security leadership
through national and international development of security practices
influencing the safety and security of Canadians and others;

Provide a Canadian professional forum suitable for
discussion and resolution of security issues and other related matters
on behalf of members and others;

Develop, establish and promote professional and productive
relationships among Society members and also between the Society and
security practitioners and other persons or agencies who have an interest
in security;

Develop, establish and promote ethical and professional
standards which support the development and standing of security practitioners
and others involved in the security industry.
