Additionally, you possess excellent change management skills and exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years’ experience in a leadership role. Exposure to a uniform environment and appreciation and respect for the ‘uniform culture’ is an asset.

Regional Director, Corporate Security & Brand Integrity (Americas)

The Director will be responsible for Canada locations and two locations in the U. S. They will strategically manage the security of the organizations assets including people, factory and other locations, finished product and NTMs. Finished goods transported by road are a concern. The Director will drive the maintenance and implementation of company security standards within the Region and undertake a program of audits to ensure compliance to J-SOX requirements.  He/she will be responsible for developing ways to improve security processes and techniques and ensure high quality counter-measures.   

The position will support and work with local and regional management to protect brands and trademarks and to investigate and neutralize the illicit trade that may impact markets. The major elements of this role are not limited to developing and directing external service providers to undertake investigations gather intelligence on organized criminals. The incumbent will liaise with national and international law enforcement organizations as well as working with brand integrity colleagues from other regions.

In anticipation of obtaining a new service contract in the aviation security sector, Commissionaires BC is in the process of building their leadership team in Greater Vancouver and Kelowna to meet the needs of this new potential client.
